Registration
- Please refer to our website for all dates, prices and services for your cycling holiday with travel guide
- It is possible to book your requested bicycle trip online, by referring to prices and dates. You can also contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will send you a registration form by e-mail.
- Once we have received your filled-in registration, you will receive a booking confirmation. If the trip is guaranted (the minimum number of participants has been reached) we will send you about 3 weeks before the trip starts, the final invoice and all tour documents (travel information, programme, guest-list, etc.) by email and post.
Minimum number of participants
- Europe: 8 people
- South Africa: 8 people
- Bike & ship: 14 people
Payment
- The payment of your journey takes place with a deposit of 20% of the travel price after receipt of the booking confirmation.
- The final payment is due 2-3 weeks before the trip starts. You can see the date on your final invoice.

Insurance
We urgently recommend taking out travel insurance for every one of our Rotalis cycling tours. High expenses due to a journey cancellation at short notice on the grounds of an illness, an accident etc. can thus be avoided.
